Our Mission

We started P3ACH because we were tired of worrying.

Every woman knows the feeling. Your drink is on the table. You want to dance, laugh, live — but something keeps pulling your eyes back to that glass. That weight should not exist.

We started P3ACH not because we read a statistic — but because we lived it. We know what it feels like to leave a bar early because something didn't feel right. We know what it's like to watch a friend disappear into a night that should have been fun and come back different. We know the helplessness of not having anything in your hand that could have prevented it.

So we made something. The P3ACH Cup Cover is the product we wish we'd had. Small enough to fit in your bag, simple enough that anyone can use it, visible enough that it changes the energy in a room. A pink lid that says: not tonight.

But it's not just a product. It's the beginning of a movement. Every cover sold funds the next thing we build. Every venue that hands one to their guests raises the standard for what safety in nightlife looks like. 2. What data we collect

The personal data we collect depends on which form you use:

  • Newsletter: email address, language preference, signup date.
  • Contact form: name, email, message category, message.
  • Venue / Bulk Order Quote: name, venue name, email, phone (optional), country, requested quantity, event date, order type, message.
  • Inner Circle application: name, email, social handle, photo upload, message.
  • Team application: name, age, email, phone, location, role of interest, social/links, CV (file upload), photo (optional), message.

For all forms we additionally store the timestamp of submission and your consent confirmation. We do not collect payment data — all transactions are handled by Shopify's secure payment infrastructure at shop.p3ach.com.

3. Why we collect it

We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry, deliver newsletters you have explicitly opted into, or process applications you have submitted. We do not use your data for profiling, automated decision-making, or third-party advertising.

4. Legal basis (GDPR & Swiss DSG)

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR / Art. 31 DSG) when you fill in a contact form or subscribe to our newsletter. For applications and orders, processing is based on the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting hello@p3ach.com or clicking unsubscribe in any newsletter email.

5. Newsletter (double opt-in)

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and the language you selected. We use a double opt-in process: after submitting the form, you receive a confirmation email and only become a subscriber after clicking the confirmation link. We process this data based on your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email or by emailing hello@p3ach.com. We retain newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

6. Data sharing & service providers

We do not sell your data. We share specific data with the following service providers, each acting as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement (Art. 28 GDPR):

Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH) — Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany. Used for newsletter delivery and form notifications. Receives: email address, language preference, signup date. Privacy policy: brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy

Netlify, Inc. — 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Used for website hosting and form submission storage. Receives: form submissions, server logs, IP addresses. Privacy policy: netlify.com/privacy

Shopify Inc. — 151 O'Connor Street, Ground Floor, Ottawa, ON K2P 2L8, Canada. Used for our online shop at shop.p3ach.com. P3ACH does not collect or store payment data. Privacy policy: shopify.com/legal/privacy

7. International data transfers

Some of our service providers (e.g. Netlify, Shopify) are located outside Switzerland and the EU. Where data is transferred to such third countries, we ensure adequate protection through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under Art. 46 GDPR or participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

8. Data retention

Contact form data is retained for up to 12 months unless you request deletion earlier. Newsletter subscribers are retained until they unsubscribe. Inner Circle and Team application data is retained for up to 24 months for review purposes, then deleted.

9. Your rights

Under GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG/nDSG), you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) at www.edoeb.admin.ch, or your local supervisory authority within the EU/EEA.

10. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Our hosting provider (Netlify) may use minimal technical cookies required for site delivery and security. No personal data is stored in your browser by p3ach.com for marketing purposes.

Custom and bulk orders are confirmed via written agreement (email). Production begins only after receipt of a confirmed deposit or full payment as agreed. Minimum order quantities apply. Design proofs are shared for client approval before production begins. P3ACH accepts no liability for errors that were approved by the client at proof stage.

5. Intellectual property

All brand assets, photography, copy and design on this website are the property of P3ACH. Reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

P3ACH provides products in good faith for their intended purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, P3ACH is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the product or service directly at issue.
